Ready Aye Ready. As Canada's leading training systems integrator, CAE has proven capabilities
across the full-spectrum of training, operations and in-service support to help prepare naval
personnel. CAE's global experience includes developing comprehensive naval training solutions
for the Swedish Navy and the United Arab Emirates Navy. In Canada, we have been a key
contributor to the success of the Halifax Class Modernization program, and will now provide
training analysis and human factors engineering for the Canadian Surface Combatant project.
CAE has the requisite skills and experience to support all aspects of the Royal Canadian Navy's
Naval Training System Transformation (NTST) that will help prepare officers and sailors for
mission success.
