Early in my career I was a Junior Naval Officer at sea in HMCS Victoria when the tragic fire occurred on HMCS Chicoutimi. Dealing with the personal and professional challenges that arose from not only that specific event, but the subsequent months of effort that the submarine community put in to return to sea safely, was exceptionally challenging, W H AT I S A H A B I T T H AT CO N T R I B U T E S TO YO U R S U CC E S S?
