The fact that defence procurement is moving faster, at a pace
that we have not seen since the Afghan conflict. The members
of the Canadian Armed Forces need to be well equipped and
supported to perform the missions that are asked of them.
I am pleased to see that Canada is re-capitalizing several
key capabilities for the CAF. And that, in turn, creates great
opportunities for Canadian industry and supports the Canadian
economy.

As one of the world's pre-eminent training organizations,
CAE has consistently been at the forefront of technological
development regarding modelling and simulation. And
we continue to transform solutions to address a new
generation of aviators who expect and require new training
approaches.
Increased cost pressures and technological
advancements in image generation, spatial computing,
and procedural generation of simulated environments
are allowing more advanced training outcomes to be
achieved in lower-cost training platforms. Best of all,
CAE's broad program diversity means we can tailor
technologies according to desired outcomes and
specific use cases.
