What excites me the most at present is the trajectory
RaceRocks is on. With recent Series A funding, we're ramping
up our R&D and innovation efforts significantly. We're
expanding our team in anticipation of new programs with
the Canadian Armed Forces and other sectors. It's great to see
our reputation as a training partner grow not just locally, but
nationally.

At RaceRocks, we're ensuring long-term sustainability in
training by creating immersive, adaptive learning solutions
that are built to be scalable and modular. But it's not just
about the tech—we're also dedicated to developing skills and
capabilities within the Indigenous defence supply chain. Our
work is all about blending innovation with social responsibility,
helping to meet the needs of the Canadian Armed Forces while
supporting economic growth in Indigenous communities.
VICE PRESIDENT OF STRATEGY
RACEROCKS
CRAIG WHITE
The best advice I've received is to see failure as a stepping stone
to success. Failures are just short-term setbacks that teach us
valuable lessons and build resilience. They aren't the opposite
of success but part of the journey toward it. This mindset
encourages taking risks and innovating, knowing that each
setback is an opportunity to learn and improve.
