I'm particularly motivated by our recent success with the Future Aircrew Training (FAcT) program, where Airbus was selected to provide 19 Airbus H135 helicopters to support the training needs for all future rotary wing pilots of the Royal Canadian Air Force. The most impactful advice I've received is to take the time to listen. Whether it's remaining open and available to hear what our customers need so we can tailor our solutions to ensure their success in their vital missions – which is especially important as we focus on the defence sector – or listening to our employees' insights and perspectives to ensure well-being and safety.
