President effective september 2013,
Devlin has led a transformation in terms
of its culture, operation and success. Today,
the college is significantly different than it
was a short three years ago due to
his unwavering commitment to the
development of an organization that is
bold, agile and trusting.

Our focus at fanshawe College is on new
program development. In a 12-month period,
we will have launched 28 programs spe-
cifically designed to satisfy labour market
demands and meet student needs. Many
of these programs were thoughtfully devel-
oped in less than a year, which is very rapid
deployment but is required to respond to
the dynamic and evolving workforce we
have in Canada.
