CANSEC 2025 wraps up for another year
More than 12,000 decision-makers, 600 VIPs and over 40 inter-
national delegations attended CANSEC 2025, Canada's global
defence and security tradeshow held May 28 and 29 at EY Cen-
tre in Ottawa.

CADSI, the organizer of the event, thanked all the delegates,
hundreds of exhibitors and leaders from across the govern-
ment, military and industry who came from the across the
country and around the world to attend the event.
Highlights included:
• A breakfast and keynote speech from Lord George Robert-
son, Former NATO Secretary General who addressed global
instability, shifting alliances and the critical role Canada
must play in today's uncertain world. He emphasized the
stakes facing democratic nations and the urgency of work-
ing together to defend shared values.
• A lunch and keynote speech by Gabrielius Landsbergis, Lith-
uania's former Minister of Foreign Affairs, who spoke about
the role Canada and its allies must play in protecting the
digital and geopolitical frontiers. He concluded his speech
reminding every delegate to stay alert, stay united and stay
ahead.
